Courses and Seminars
1. Application and enrolment
By submitting your application, you will be enrolled in the training event and at the same time you agree to the processing of personal data provided in the application form and also to these terms and conditions, including cancellation fees. By submitting your application, you enter into a contract for the provision of services remotely.
Participants are enrolled according to the date the application is received.
Acceptance of your application for the course is confirmed by the course manager by email, which includes confirmation of your enrolment in your selected course. The manager will also inform you in case the course is already full at the time of your application or you do not meet the participation requirements.
Enrolment in a seminar is not confirmed. If you receive an automated message from the e-shop, you are registered for the seminar.
The decision on the fullness (implementation/cancellation) of the course is made 3 weeks before the course. In case of cancellation, the course manager will inform you. If the course is implemented, you will receive detailed organizational instructions and the course schedule 3 weeks before the course.
Fullness (implementation/cancellation) of a one-day seminar is decided 1 week before the seminar. In case of cancellation, the event manager will inform you. If the seminar is implemented, you will receive detailed organizational instructions 1 week before the seminar.
2. Price, billing
Customers who are individual members or collective members of Česká společnost pro jakost (Czech Society for Quality) (hereinafter "ČSJ") have a discount on the price based on the currently valid discount programme. The discount is only displayed in the order for regular members, after proper registration in the client section (without registration the system will not recognize the discount). We would like to point out that the discount is linked to the customer (orderer = payer, not the final participant), therefore we recommend using the benefits of collective membership for bulk company orders; if you want to apply a discount resulting from individual membership, the order must be made by the individual member as a self-payer. No retroactive discount can be claimed.
Price does not include accommodation or meals. Price includes study materials.
Billing for the course/seminar takes place on the day the course/seminar ends, with a maturity of 14 days.
Please indicate any billing adjustment requirements in the note to the application.
3. Cancellation fees
All changes and cancellations are only accepted in writing. A participant originally entered may be replaced by another participant before the beginning of the event if he or she meets the requirements for inclusion. If the participant cancels his/her participation 10 days or more before the beginning of the event, no cancellation fees will be charged.
If the participant fails to appear or cancels his/her participation 9 days or less before the beginning of the bindingly ordered event and does not send a substitute, the participant will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price, up to a maximum of CZK 5,000 excluding VAT. Exceptions are the following courses:
• IATF 16949 Certification Auditor, where cancellation fees are 50% without limit
• Certified Provisional Assessor Automotive SPICE, where cancellation fees are described in the annotation
• Certified Assessor Transformation Training EFQM - ECAT, where cancellation fees are described in the annotation.
If a participant enters the course and fails to complete it due to his/her own fault, the course fee or its proportional part is not refunded. If the participant wishes to complete the course on a different date, ČSJ is entitled to charge the course fee again.
If a participant enters the course and does not complete the course due to the organizer's fault, he/she is entitled to a full refund of the course fee.
The certificate of completion is issued after the completion of the course (see individual annotations) and payment of the course fee.
5. Right to change
ČSJ reserves the right to change the lecturer, date and venue as well as to cancel the event for organizational reasons.
1. Order, offer approval
By accepting the offer prepared and submitted by the Czech Society for Quality, you agree to the processing of your employees' personal data (name, surname, date of birth) and to these terms and conditions, including cancellation fees. By accepting the offer, you enter into a contract for the provision of services remotely.
2. Price, billing, cancellation fees
The list of service items included in the price of the in-house course is given in the specific offer based on the requirements of the enquiry.
Billing takes place after completion based on the price conditions stated in the specific offer.
If an in-house course is cancelled by the customer 10 days or less before the course date, the client will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed price.
A certificate of completion is issued to participants after the completion conditions are met, a copy of the attendance list is received by the training manager and the invoiced price is paid. Certificates are sent by email to the contact person of the customer.
4. Right to change and ČSJ's obligation
ČSJ reserves the right to change the lecturer, date and place of the training as well as to cancel the training in case of unforeseen events or for organizational reasons.
ČSJ agrees to keep all information obtained by your company/organization in connection with the provision of services confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without your company's / organization's consent.
In case of payment by invoice, the invoice is issued upon dispatch, with a maturity of 14 days.
In case of purchase of a publication in the ČSJ e-shop, the customer has the right to return it within 14 days.
The customer has the option of personal subscription free of charge or delivery by Czech post in the Czech Republic or the EU. We do not ship outside the EU. The cost of postage is always indicated during the purchase process and in the order.

1. Application and enrolment
By submitting your application you will be included among the candidates for the exam of your choice. By submitting your application you also agree to the processing of the personal data provided in the application form and to these terms and conditions. By submitting your application, you enter into a contract for the provision of services remotely.
Candidates for the exam are assigned individual dates according to their request, unless the given date is occupied. The receipt of the application is confirmed by the responsible COp employee by email, which includes confirmation of the date of the exam and the fulfilment or failure to fulfil the requirements for participation in the exam. If the requirements are not met, the responsible COp employee will inform you what needs to be completed. If you do not meet the requirements for the exam, you will not be allowed to take the exam.
The decision to implement/cancel the exam is made at least 3 weeks before the exam. In case of cancellation of the exam, the responsible COp employee will inform you. If the exam is implemented, you will receive an invitation 2 weeks before the exam.
2. Price, billing, cancellation fees
Billing for all exams takes place 7 – 14 days prior to the exam date. Only the ISTQB software tester exams are certified after the actual test. Billing follows the prices listed in the price list of the COp Certification Body and the prices listed on the website www.csq.cz in the Personnel Certification section.
There are no discounts in personnel certification. In accordance with the rules of personnel certification, each candidate must be treated in a non-discriminatory manner.
Cancellation fees are not charged in personnel certification.
Personnel certificates are sent to successful test participants within 3 weeks of the test date and after payment of the invoice for the test and certification.
Issuing a duplicate certificate is possible for a fee of CZK 200. VAT will be added to this fee at the applicable rate.
4. Right to change and ČSJ's obligation
ČSJ reserves the right to change the date and place of the exam and to cancel the exam in case of unforeseen events or for organizational reasons.
ČSJ undertakes to keep any information provided to us in connection with the provision of the services confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without your consent.
Certification of mangement systems and products
The document “Information for those interested in certification” is sent together with the offer based on a non-binding enquiry for the services of the certification body.
Complaints are accepted and handled in accordance with the Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll., as amended). They are submitted in writing to the email address email@example.com
In the case of a complaint concerning physical goods - publications, send the publication to the address of Česká společnost pro jakost, z.s., Novotného lávka 200/5, 110 00 Prague.
Each complaint must include the identification of the customer, the order number, the invoice number (if issued), the subject of the complaint (the specific item from the order, if more than one item was ordered at the same time), the reason for the complaint, the account number for the refund (if already paid). The complaint form can be used.
The customer will be informed of the progress and subsequent settlement of the complaint by email.
Withdrawal from the Contract
The customer, who is a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the date of sending the application form or of the date of acceptance of the offer. In the event that the application is sent or the offer is approved at a time when less than 14 days remain until the date of the event, the customer hereby expressly requests that ČSJ begin performance before the expiry of the period for withdrawal from the contract.

The notice of withdrawal must include:
1. name and surname of the customer
2. home address of the customer
3. notification that the customer withdraws from the contract for the provision of services, including the indication of the relevant course, seminar or training
4. the date the application was sent and/or the date the training offer was approved
5. date and signature of the customer.
