Contents
Building on the Product Compliance System, this training covers the practical implementation of the PCS requirements and how to manage identified risks. The training is therefore aimed not only at prospective PSCRs, but also at staff working within the Product Compliance System.
In the training, you will learn how the seven elements of the Product Compliance System enable you, as a prospective or current PSCR, to manage your day-to-day work in a more professional and effective manner.
Objectives
- You are familiar with the scope of a product compliance system and its components from both a governance and an operational perspective.
- You will understand the significance and responsibilities of the PSCR and other roles within the Product Compliance System.
- You will gain an understanding of regulatory requirements regarding product compliance through practical examples.
- You will understand your responsibilities throughout the entire supply chain, from development to manufacturing and application, right up to the end of the product’s intended use.
- You are familiar with methods for determining safety objectives and conducting risk assessments, and you know what to do in the event of product non-conformities.
- You will be aware of your part as a role model in fostering a positive product compliance culture and will be able to act as a champion for it within your organization.
Target Audience
The training is aimed at managers and staff in the automotive industry who are due to be appointed as PSCRs or who already hold this role. It is also aimed at employees who deal with product- or technology-related compliance issues throughout the product lifecycle, or who are currently designing a product compliance system or intend to do so in the future.
Prerequisites for future PSCRs
- Certificate of Qualification “Product Compliance System – Basics” (ID 534)
- Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements management or quality management
- Training and experience in the assessment of technical product and process risks (e.g. FMEA facilitator, VDA 6.3 process auditor, developer)
- Basic knowledge of product liability
Bc. Zuzana Krčmaříková
Vystudovala Škoda Auto Vysoká škola, zaměření na kvalitu a logistiku a řízení lidských zdrojů. V oblasti automobilového průmyslu se pohybuje od roku 1997. Největší část své kariéry strávila na pozicích Quality Managera u významných světových Tier 1 dodavatelů téměř všech výrobců automobilů. V roce 2019 se rozhodla pro nové zaměření a doplnila si několik auditorských kvalifikací. Kromě lektorství zaměřené na licenční kurzy VDA QMC a další kurzy k tématům systémů řízení kvality je plně kvalifikovanou certifikační auditorkou IATF 16949 a dále také ISO 9001, ISO 14001 a ISO 45001. Ve svých kurzech se snaží propojovat zkušenosti získané z dodavatelské sféry a zároveň z tzv. třetí strany, z nezávislých auditů a bývá velmi pozitivně hodnocena právě pro přenos praktických zkušeností ke všem kurzům. Lektorkou ČSJ je od roku 2017 a mezi její hlavní témata patří Specifické požadavky OEM (CSR), dále Uvolnění výrobního procesu a produktu, PSCR Zmocněnec za bezpečnost a shodu produktu a dále i např. ACT Automotive Core Tools pro auditory.
Mgr. Roman Brziak
Vystudoval Fakultu Matematiky a Fyziky na Komenského univerzitě v Bratislavě s vedlejší specializací Numerická matematika. V oblasti managementu kvality, zejména v automobilovém průmyslu, působí nepřetržitě od roku 2000. Pracoval na pozicích inženýr kvality, procesní inženýr, řízení dodavatelské kvality (SQA, SDE). Pracoval na zavádění systémů řízení jakosti dle ISO9001, QS9000, VDA 6.1, ISO/TS16949, IATF16949.
Pro Českou společnost pro jakost pracuje jako externí lektor (licencované školení VDA 6.3).
