EFQM Centre

The European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) selected the Czech Society for Quality (CSQ) to become National Partner Organisation (NPO) in the Czech Republic. The agreement between both organisations has been signed in December 2002 and at the same time the EFQM Centre was established, which provides the NPO activity in the Czech Republic.

The EFQM National Partnership Organisation (NPO EFQM) is a non-profit organisation that has similar goals and objectives as EFQM. 

Objectives and activities of the EFQM Centre:

• Arrange the support by implementation of the EFQM Excellence Model in organisations acting on the Czech Republic territory for improvement of their competitiveness,  
• Arrange training in Companies. Self-assessment according to the EFQM Excellence Model for organisations that need the support by self-assessment or motivating training for change of culture and thinking of the organisation’s employees,  
• Organise training licensed EFQM courses (self-assessment, assessor training)
• Distribute official EFQM publications in the Czech language,
• Organise conferences, training and workshops to the EFQM Excellence Model – the Conference of Winners of the National and European Quality Award,
• Promotion and involvement of companies in the program of the EFQM Excellence Grades
