About CSQ
We are a Citizens Association joining together wide spectrum of people and organisations acting in various areas of management systems. Our Membership consists of more that 1150 individual members and 115 collective members.
We are an independent, non-political and non-profit organisation.
We provide our members and customers with wide spectrum of services and products in the area of management systems (education, publications, conferences, workshops) and quality management tools (EFQM Excellence Model, CAF Model).
The Czech Society for Quality, o. s. has the quality management system introduced and certified according to the ČSN EN ISO 9001 Standard.
We bring innovations in the area of management systems.
We are unique by our position, experience, tradition and long-term cooperation with foreign and national organisations. We bring in the Czech Republic the innovative solutions in the field of management systems already from 1991.
Mission
Development, acquirement and dissemination of new pieces of knowledge from the field of quality and its management for satisfaction of professional needs of its members, for support of organisations by achievement of the organisation success and for increasing the citizens’ quality of life.
